Anjana Hanratty graduated with a First-Class Honours Law Degree from the University of Limerick in 2008. She then joined a well-established and trusted general legal practice where she gained experience in residential and commercial conveyancing and probate related matters, such as the administration of both solvent and insolvent estates.
In 2013 she joined a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, where she undertook her legal apprenticeship. She advised both private and commercial clients in a wide range of legal areas and gained extensive Court experience. Here she acquired an expertise in civil litigation and employment law.
In 2017 Anjana was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors and joined the team of Liam Keane & Partners, where she leads the conveyancing and probate department. She advises clients in all property related matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing. She advises both landlords and tenants on commercial leases and related matters. She also specialises in the administration of estates, both testate and intestate. Anjana has an interest in tax efficient estate planning and she assists clients in drafting wills and legal instruments creating an enduring power of attorney.
Anjana also advises both employers and employees in all areas of employment law.
Anjana has undertaken a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property and IT law and is a qualified Trade Mark Agent with the Irish Patents Office.
